My computer restarts sometimes when running TopScore Pro or
other Windows programs? What should I do?
There are a couple possible causes of this. Please investigate each of
these.
1) Windows is likely having problems managing memory. Go to START SETTINGS
CONTROL PANEL. Double click on SYSTEM. Select the ADVANCED
tab. Click on "Startup and Recovery". Uncheck the
"Automatically Reboot". Click on OK. Restart your
computer.
2) You may have a bad RAM memory chip. This is difficult to test without
taking your computer into "the shop".
