Support FAQ Home
I have Windows 2003 Server or VISTA, what does that mean?
Windows VISTA (Released by Microsoft, February 2007)
Windows VISTA is the first major OS
release where compatibility of other recent certified Windows compatible software
does not function correctly.
Check your TopScore Pro version:
TopScore Pro DAT (USA) version 07.20.14 or greater IS VISTA compliant. If you
have this version and are experiencing problems, please fill out a Support
Request Form. Your version number is on the 4th installation screen or
within TopScore Pro "Help" menu.
Download and install TopScore Pro DAT (USA) version 07.20.14 click
here.
Otherwise, for other versions of TopScore Pro DAT (USA), to resolve this problem:
Turn off (uncheck) User Account Control (UAC) before you
try to unlock
TopScore Pro and this will let you
unlock your software when you are logged in as administrator. UAC option
is found under "Users" within the START> SETTINGS> CONTROL PANEL
(Windows START menu).
TopScore Pro OAT, PCAT, DAT(CAN)
All versions are Vista compliant
Windows Server 2003
TopScore Pro is not written for Windows server software. Use a Windows XP
client machine.
