I receive an error message "Incorrect
Login Name. Please contact ScholarWare Support.". What should I do?
This problem is most likely caused because you have not entered the License Key
correctly on the Internet Unlock Screen during the Unlock Process.
Please check that you have entered the License Key exactly correct.
Another possible cause is your personal firewall or your ISP firewall is not
allowing a connection to our servers. If this problem persists, try the
Manual Unlock Process.
