Return Policy for ScholarWare Software
TopScore Pro? software products are unique products in that it is like a college test. It is not feasible for a student to ask for a new test just because "he didn?t like it" or "didn?t do well". Because of the nature of TopScore Pro? software products, we have set the following Return Policy for our CD-ROMs.
IF YOU PURCHASED SCHOLARWARE SOFTWARE FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAIL DISTRIBUTOR (eg.
Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, etc.) and NOT DIRECTLY FROM SCHOLARWARE, please
see that distributor's return policy. We do not handle these returns.
A copy of the original sales receipt MUST accompany exchanges.
Exchanges are shipped Standard First Class Mail unless the customer advance pays for additional postage.
Opened/unlocked/activated software will not be refunded.
UNOPENED software in original condition can be returned within 30 days of
purchase. The original purchase price, less any discounts or promotions, sales
tax, and shipping will be the refunded amount. A restocking and
processing fee of $10.00 may be charged.
A copy of the original sales receipt MUST accompany returns.
Include your RMA # with your return.
