I didn't know my CD expired. What should I do?

The first thing to do is not panic!  We have made many efforts to inform you about the expiration notice and use of TopScore ProŽ.  Here are a few places you may have missed it: On the order screen just before the "I Agree" button--on the back of the CD package itself--in the End User License Agreement you must "Agree" to BEFORE you install the program--on the first "Welcome Screen" in bold RED letters.

But you still may not have "seen" it or just didn't bother to read it...so again don't panic.  Give us a call or send us an email and we will see if we can help you out.  Also, read the current upgrade policy before you contact us.

Each version of TopScore ProŽ software is valid for predetermined amount of time. You are guaranteed use of the product for at least 7 months from your purchase date.  If you purchased the product and it expires within your first seven months, we will exchange your software FREE of charge.

You MUST show PROOF OF PURCHASE, so keep your receipt. 

The CD notifies you that it has expired.  You will not be able to use the CD after that.  You can review the content as many times as you like up until the CD expires.
