CAMware(TM) Drivers

CAMware(TM) makes the HandyCAM(TM) camera button work correctly within your current imaging module clinic software! 

CAMware(TM) is a unique software driver or "smart driver" that allows the HandyCAM(TM) USB intraoral camera to directly integrate with your dental clinic imaging video capture software such as EagleSoft, Kodak Imaging (e.g. with SoftDent or PracticeWorks, etc.), Dexis, Digora and other intraoral imaging camera module software.  CAMware(TM) works in the background within your current imaging module of your dental clinic software and the HandyCAM(TM) USB camera to quickly and easily freeze, save and place the intraoral picture automatically directly into your patient record depending upon which dental imaging clinical software you have**.  It can even cue up your camera ready to take the next picture, automatically without having a second person use the mouse or keyboard.  You will be amazed at how nice and easy your camera takes multiple pictures and saves the picture into your patient chart.  The OneClickCAM(TM) feature of CAMware(TM) and the camera capture button does it all.

CAMware(TM) for your dental imaging or intraoral picture software
Features: With OneClickCAM(TM) users can automatically freeze, save and advance the camera for easy and quick review of multiple intraoral camera pictures. You DO NOT need a second person to operate the mouse to click, save, and reset the video for a second picture! 

CAMware(TM) makes the HandyCAM(TM) camera button work correctly within your current imaging module clinic software! 

CAMware(TM) DOES NOT replace your current clinic imaging software or manages images for you if you do not have imaging software already.  CAMware(TM) works in the background with your imaging software. You must purchase dental imaging software first.  Then CAMware(TM) with the HandyCAM(TM) camera, will work perfectly INSIDE your imaging software at the patient chart level.

Clinic Use: Within your current dental clinic imaging video capture module, the camera operator can position picture, click picture button on camera, then automatically view the picture, save the picture to the patient record, and be ready to click the next picture. With the CAMware(TM) smart driver, this is all done for you...within your clinic intraoral software...by simply using CAMware's(TM) unique smart camera drivers and our OneClickCAM(TM) feature.

Integration: CAMware(TM) is a software driver much like common printer drivers.  It is easily installed on your computer and runs seamlessly in the background.


About the CAMware(TM) "smart driver" software
CAMware(TM) was developed out of pure frustration from the high cost of USB intraoral camera "limited alternatives" that directly integrated with dental clinic imaging software.  Most intraoral cameras do not integrate directly with dental clinic imaging software without the use of a "bridge".  So doctors end up paying for the 'bridge' and imaging software, and then pay an additional $3,500 for every intraoral camera.  Why not use the less expensive (good quality) HandyCAM(TM) with CAMware(TM) drivers instead of paying $3,500 for each camera?  Of course!

Before CAMware(TM), dentist's were faced with paying $3,500-$5,000 for EACH digital intraoral camera (such as the Schick USB camera) that directly interfaced with their clinic imgaing software (EagleSoft, Dentrix, SoftDent, Dexis, Kodak, etc.)  This cost is outrageous!  No more!
