One (1) camera can be shared on two (2) specific computers only.  If you plan on sharing (1) camera on more computers, you must purchase additional unlock license packs.  Each license pack will unlock (2) computers only.

Consider budgeting (1) camera for each treatment room.  USB camera devices in Windows are not designed to be routinely unplugged throughout the day and still consistently function reliably.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
Each License Key is computer specific and is limited to only unlock the specified numbers of computers relative to THIS purchase.
  Additional Unlock Packs can be purchased to unlock additional computers. 

Intraoral cameras cannot be returned AFTER use. This is the same policy as other dental equipment that becomes contaminated once used.
The intraoral camera comes with a protective cover and a tamper proof sticker in place. Please make sure the camera operates correctly before removing or changing the protective cover. 

If the camera does not operate correctly within 7 days of receipt, please contact us for an exchange. If you drop, break, damage, etc. the camera, and the camera simply does not function correctly any more, AND it is determined that the camera is the "problem", you can purchase a replacement camera at 1/2 price within 6 months of your original purchase date. We do NOT increase the price of the camera to "hide" the cost of a replacement warranty or unnecessary long-term maintenance contracts. The camera is durable, but fragile. Intraoral cameras are sensitive electronic equipment and should be handled with care. Of course, never sterilize the camera. Do not use harmful "solutions" to wipe down the camera. A slightly damp alcohol cloth or wipe can be used on areas not covered by the protective cover.

A 30% restocking fee will be charged on items accepted for return. You must contact us before any return is sent for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization).
