The following is our current policy on Upgrades or Renewals for TopScore Pro®
software.
Please READ carefully to avoid delays in
processing your request. If you did
not purchase TopScore Pro® software and received the CD from a
"friend", you and your friend are in violation of federal copyright
law and are not entitled to use the product. Please do not waste our time
by trying to get something for nothing.
As a legitimate customer, you will receive, from your date of purchase, 7 months of use. We guarantee this use to you.
If you have not received this,
please check your purchase date and fill out a Support
Request Form (click here) with an explanation.
UPGRADE or RENEWAL of TopScore Pro® software
Effective January 1, 2006, we have discontinued our free upgrade program.
If you wish to use the software again, that is, beyond the 7 months from your
purchase date which our license agreement allows, please purchase a new CD or
License Key. Purchasing a new license does not provide new or different
questions. All purchased licenses allow 7 months use of the software.
