Canadian Dental Admission Aptitude TestTopScore Pro® for the DAT sample test software and Study Guide has been updated to reflect the new 2015 DAT testing changes and is immediately available for purchase and download.

The American Dental Association (ADA) announced changes to the Dental Admission Test to be implemented during the Calendar Year 2015.

The following is a summary of the new 2015 changes to the Dental Admission Test:

2015 Changes to Quantitative Reasoning Test

According to the ADA, they are attempting to "enhance testing of critical thinking skills" by modifying the Quantitative Reasoning Test (QRT).  New testing areas will include Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Sufficiency; and Quantitative Comparison (including, but not limited to, conversions; probability and statistics; geometry; and trigonometry).

2015 Changes to Biology Test Specifications

According to the ADA, the Biology specifications will change slightly as follows:

New testing areas will include:
Biomolecules - within Cell and Molecular Biology
Relationships - within Diversity of Life

Experimental embryology will be removed from Developmental Biology.
Cladistics will be removed from Evolution, Ecology, and Behavior.

We have updated TopScore Pro® for the DAT to reflect these 2015 changes so you can experience the most accurate and comprehensive testing experience.

Good luck on your DAT.  We truly hope you succeed and reach your professional goals.
